A/N: This is happening in the middle of the first Thor film, after they all returned from Jotunheim and Loki already knows he’s a frost giant, but he hasn’t told anyone yet. And the Reader-chan in here is Sif’s sister, but just as Loki, she is quite different than her sibling, so while Thor and Sif hooked up, she secretly feels affection towards Loki, with whom she spends time most often. Also, Thor hasn’t been banished to Midgard, ok? I just hate Jane ajlahdfgdh Sif is Thor’s mythological WIFE! Ok, I’m done, enjoy it here:
- Hey, Loki, look! Look!
The young maiden, being named (y/n), was running towards the prince with excitement. He was sitting on the windowsill reading a book, but he wasn’t looking through the window at all, what irritated (y/n) to no end.
- What is it? – he asked, raising his head. He seemed a little bit angry for interrupting his reading, but (y/n) decided to not pay attention to it.
- Loki! How is that you’re sitting next to the window all day long, and you don’t even know what is going on out there?
- Is all this fuss about me, not looking through the window? Very well, I shall look if it is to make you so con... – the young prince seemed to forgot he was in the middle of a word, when his gaze met the sight outside. Girl next to him chuckled softly.
- See?
- But... How? – the prince turned to the girl, with curious look – It’s snowing.
- Well thank you, captain Obvious!
- But how is it possible that there is snow in Asgard? It’s... It’s... How?
Loki grabbed (y/n)’s hand, looking at her with excitement. She would not admit it for the world, but the sudden touch of his hands made her shiver, just a little bit. It was the good kind of shiver. The ‘He-is-touching-me-PLEASE-do-not-squeal’ kind of shiver. But as I said, she would not admit it, so she just decided to say something.
- Wanna go and see? You know, the snow?
Loki let go of her hand, suddenly seeming upset. She was scared that she said something wrong.
- Loki? Is something wrong?
- No, no (y/n), it’s fine. I... No, I don’t want to go and see. Go join the others, I guess I’ll just head to the library, see if I can find the reason of this.
- I’m not going without you! – (y/n) stated firmly, this time it was her who grabbed the prince’s hand.
- Then you will not be going at all – Loki attempted to free his hand out of (y/n)’s grasp, but she would not let go.
- Loki, tell me what’s wrong. I don’t want to go without you. You see, it would sure be fun there with Thor, Sif and the boys, but I want you to have fun with us!
- What part of ‘I don’t want to’ do you not understand? – Loki finally managed to free his hand, what actually made (y/n) lose her balance a little. Loki automatically caught her arm, but let go of it as soon as he realised he’s supposed to be mad at her. But that little gesture made (y/n) more confident, so she embraced Loki quickly.
- Looookiiii! Go with me see the snow! Pleeeaaasee! – she whined, hugging his torso with pleading eyes.
The prince sighed with resignation.
- Fine. But I’ll only go with you to my mother’s gardens, not to the public ones. And only for a little while, we go, see, and go back inside, understood?
- Yes! – said (y/n) eagerly, both her and Loki knowing she would not give a single damn about the agreement later on.
The girl followed the prince, jumping eagerly, while the prince tried his best to recall the spells that would allow him hiding his true skin from (y/n)’s sight. He already knew what to do when they arrived at the garden’s door, hoping that (y/n) would not touch him in any way, what would immediately blow his cover because of the coldness of Jotun skin that she would easily feel.
- Here, the gardens. After you, my lady.
She giggled, and Loki couldn’t help but feel a little warmth in his heart, when she bowed ostentatiously walking through the door.
- Are you satisfied now? There is the snow, we see it. We touch it – sayng that, Loki poked the covered with snow branch – and we can go back.
(Y/n) couldn’t help but notice him a little bit nervous, not knowing why though. She extended her hand to him, which he eyed nervously
- I... I’d preffer to go already.
(Y/n) puffed a little, the tiny cloud coming out of her mouth. She didn’t say anything, and just grabbed a handful of snow, throwing it at her companion, before he could do anything. At first he seemed startled, almost too startled for a little bit of snow hitting his face, but when nothing happened he actually smiled. Or let’s say it properly, smirked. (Y/n) didn’t even know when did he manage to throw the snowball at her, the only thing she knew was her face soaking wet.
That meant war.
Both exhausted, smiled and wet, fell to the ground after the little battle, one next to each other. After just lying there for a few moments, it was (Y/n) who first said something.
- It was fun, was it not? And did something bad happen to you?
- Well, it depends...
(Y/n) hit him playfully on the arm, laughing. Loki made a move like he wanted to get up after that, but she caught his arm, not wanting for him to go.
Loki’s face turned from happy to scared, in the same moment as (Y/n)’s face turned from relaxed to confused. She sat up, not letting Loki free his arm.
- Loki, why is your arm so cold? I understand it’s cold here, but your skin is... Freezing. It almost hurts me to hold your arm like that...
- Then don’t hold it, it’s simple – he snapped out of being scared, and his face changed into the angry one.
- Loki. Tell me.
- Tell you what? – the man snapped at her angrily, getting up. She got up with him, still holding his hand. She knew he would run away as soon as she let him. She did not want to let him.
- Loki, please! Did I do something wrong? – his expression seemed to soften for the tiniest part of a second, but she saw it. And she knew it was not the lost battle.
- You did not. Now, let go of me – now his voice was shaky.
- No. I’ll let you go when you tell me what’s happening.
This was it. He could not just leave, he was pretty sure she’d catch his leg and would not leg go or something like that. And he would not care, he would just kick her or anything, but he would not. It was (Y/n). He was to protect her, not harm her. And now... The affectione towards the girl turned against him, the emotions were to great. He should’ve not had come here in the first place. And before he knew it, the emotions took over, and the spell broke down. Before he could react, fix it, the blue skin lazily appeared, on his arms first, to the top of his head. And finally, (Y/n) let go.
Were it tears in Loki’s eyes? The tears of sadness, the tears of fear, the tears of anger? Why did he let this happen? Everything would be OK, if he had not agreed for coming, if he would not participate in the snowballs fight. And now she was going to hate him, and fear him... The only girl he had grown to fully accept. Like. Maybe even love. And she’s going to tell the others, of course. What’s gonna happen? He...
He had almost bumped in (Y/n) when she appeared suddenly in front of him. And she did the only thing he was sure she would not – she hugged him tightly, and... Sobbed?
- No, Loki, please, don’t go... I won’t tell anyone, OK?
- (Y/n), look at me! Look! I am the monster!
- You’re no monster. You’re my Loki. Please, don’t cry – she pleaded him silently, with shaky voice – I’m sorry I made you come here. I’m sorry I made you wet and cold. I’m sorry I made you reveil yourself. But please, don’t leave me...
- (Y/n)... You don’t know what you’re saying!
- I know very well! – she finally raised her head – See?! I’m looking at you, and I don’t mind! I don’t mind it at all! I love you just the way you are! – it was already too late, when she realised what she said.
- What did you say?
- I... I said I love you, Loki. I know you would not want someone like me, I’m so...
Their lips crushed in the middle of the ‘sorry’. Her eyes widened in surprise, just as his, even when it was him who started the kiss after all. They pulled apart, panting.
- I love you too (Y/n).
- Oh, Loki! – she broke into silent sobbing again, not exactly sure if from hapiness or something else.
- Shh, it’s OK.
- Loki, listen. I’ll never leave you, you know that, right? It doesn’t matter how do you look, I’ll be by your side. Always.
- Just as I’ll be by yours... I shall protect you... Always.
- The pinkie promise? – (Y/n) extended her thinger, and they both laughed when he also extended his, and the pinkies connected.
- The pinkie promise.
And they kissed once again, passionate, hungrily, but most importantly – hapilly. They would always stay together. Always.
- Hey, Loki, look! Look!

Writing About (LokixReader) One-Shot
The sound of keys clicking could be heard from the library in your house as you worked away. You had a determined look on your face, a small scowl on your lips since you wanted to finish what you had been working on. Loki poked his head in the door and smiled when he saw you sitting at your desk, working as usual.
Funny since he never knew what it was that you worked you. He always saw you typing away but never asked what it was that you were writing about. It seemed to be something new everyday because one day he would find you laughing to yourself as you wrote or sometimes frowning. He was very curious and wanted to find out what it was.

I'm sorry it's not in the second person's point of view. But I hope it'll still do, I just really felt like writing this like that, I hope you don't mind. I can always rewrite it if it bothers you too much of course.
Also, I'm sorry I wrote the third place before second, but I'm just leaving the worst one for the end, I mean, the most difficult one.
